As an authorised retailer, you will only receive products from us that we purchase directly from the manufacturers or their agencies responsible for Germany. You therefore do not bear the risk of adulterated grey market products with us. We have an agreement with many manufacturers to purchase surplus production at special conditions. The products are all originals, no grey market products and have no defects. If the packaging is damaged, we will point this out. The products of a brand that are on sale are also listed in the category of the brand in question. Sometimes, we buy favourable remaining stock from sets and remove the products from these sets. We then sell the products individually at special conditions, often also in the sale.
