SHIPPING COSTS - AND HOW YOU CAN AVOID THEM
Delivery is from Leipzig (Germany).
For shipping to Germany, we currently only charge €18.95 (including VAT) if you buy from us for less than €69.95.
For shipping to Austria, we currently only charge €18.95 (including VAT) if you buy from us for less than €89.95.
For shipping to Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Denmark, France, Italy, Spain,Poland, Croatia, Hungary and Portugal we currently only charge €24.95 (including VAT) if you buy from us for less than €89.95.
For shipping to Switzerland, we currently only charge €34.95 (including VAT) if you buy from us for less than €149.95.
DELIVERY TIMES
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, delivery from Germany takes about 6 working days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of advance payment, after your payment instruction). Orders received by 11:00 a.m. are shipped the same day. No delivery takes place on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
If you ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them in one shipment, unless we agreed otherwise with you. The delivery time is then determined by the item with the longest delivery time. In case of a shortage, we will first ship all available items. A subsequent delivery of unavailable products will follow immediately upon arrival in our warehouse. You will be informed by email.
