SHIPPING COSTS - AND HOW YOU CAN AVOID THEM

Delivery is from Leipzig (Germany).

For shipping to Germany, we currently only charge €18.95 (including VAT) if you buy from us for less than €89.95.

For shipping to Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Denmark, France, Italy and Spain, we currently only charge €18.95 (including VAT) if you buy from us for less than €89.95.

For shipping to Switzerland, we currently only charge €34.95 (including VAT) if you buy from us for less than €149.95.

DELIVERY PERIODS

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, your goods will usually be dispatched the same day after receipt of your order or 1-2 working days thereafter. The delivery of goods in other EU countries and Switzerland takes place within approx. 6 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered. If we have a delivery bottleneck, we will dispatch all goods in stock in a first delivery in advance. Any products that are not available will be dispatched immediately after receipt of the goods in our warehouse. You will be informed of this by e-mail.
